Development of an Administrative Model for Sports Talent School

The purpose of this research was to purpose the development the administration of Sports Talent School aims to investigate out to 4 phases. Phase 1 was to studying administration of Sports Talent School by the related documents and opinion survey of 154 head administrators by Purposive Sampling. Phase 2 was to develop administration of Sports Talent School used Delphi Technique by gathering opinions from 19 experts. Phase 3 was to evaluate the possibility of the administration Sports Talent School by using the Expert Meeting technique participated by 9 experts. And Phase 4 was to confirm the administration of Sports Talent School with an opinion survey 39 head administrators. The instrument used as questionnaires with 5 level evaluation section to evaluate opinions of experts, administrators and academics. The statistics used are mean () and standard deviation (S.D). The research results found that the administrative structure Sports Talent School contains 9 components which is Politic, Budgeting, Personal, Report, Coordinating, Planning, Controlling, Organizing, and Leading.

The Development of Academic Administration Model of the University of Health Sciences

This research aims to 1) study the state of academic administration, teaching, and learning management; 2) develop the academic administration model; and 3) evaluate the academic administration model of the University of Health Sciences as a quantitative and qualitative study using a population sample of 338 people who is an administrator and academic, the instrument is a questionnaire with a value of 5 levels, with a confidence value of 0.89, and an interview, a group discussion, and a research evaluation divided into 4 phases. The data analysis is done using a computer program by finding the average value, standard deviation, and percentage value. The results of the study found that the University of Health Sciences has an overall academic management situation at many levels, arranged in order from the most to the least in terms of learning and teaching management. Research, field, personnel, academic leadership, training, curriculum, and collaboration. For the development of the academic management model of the University of Health Sciences, the selection of medical teachers should adhere to the standards and conditions specific to quality subjects. Additionally, it is important to incorporate the use of medical technical equipment relevant to each subject and to foster an awareness and understanding of societal changes, he evaluation of the technical management model at the University of Health Sciences reveals that the treatment activities are rated at the highest level in terms of appropriateness, feasibility, filtering and control, and overall usefulness.

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1.)เพื่อสร้างและหาประสิทธิภาพของแบบฝึกทักษะคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง การบวกจำนวนนับไม่เกิน 1,000 ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนท่าปลาอนุสรณ์ 1 ที่มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2.) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลการเรียนรู้ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน ที่เรียนโดยใช้แบบฝึกทักษะคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง การบวกจำนวนนับไม่เกิน 1,000 ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนท่าปลาอนุสรณ์ 1 3.) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการใช้แบบฝึกทักษะคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง การบวกจำนวนนับไม่เกิน 1,000 ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนท่าปลาอนุสรณ์ 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2/3 โรงเรียนท่าปลาอนุสรณ์ 1 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุตรดิตถ์ เขต 2 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 14 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบฝึกทักษะคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง การบวกจำนวนนับที่ไม่เกิน 1,000 กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์ ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 จำนวน 1 เล่ม แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน จำนวน 20 ข้อ และแบบวัดความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการใช้แบบฝึกทักษะคณิตศาสตร์ที่สร้างขึ้น จำนวน 10 ข้อ สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเฉลี่ยร้อยละและค่าt–test
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

ประสิทธิภาพของแบบฝึกทักษะคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง การบวกจำนวนนับไม่เกิน 1,000 กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์ ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 มีประสิทธิภาพ (E₁/E₂) เท่ากับ 80.62/82.42 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพที่กำหนด 80/80
ผลการใช้แบบฝึกทักษะคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง เรื่อง การบวกจำนวนนับไม่เกิน 1,000 กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์ ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 พบว่า ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง การบวกและการลบจำนวนนับไม่เกิน 1,000 ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ก่อนและหลังเรียน โดยใช้แบบฝึกทักษะร่วมกับเทคนิคการเรียนรู้ KWDL 2) เพื่อสร้างและหาประสิทธิภาพของแบบฝึกทักษะคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง การบวกและการลบจำนวนนับไม่เกิน 1,000 ร่วมกับเทคนิคการเรียนรู้ KWDL ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ตามเกณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพ 80/80 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษา ปีที่ 2 ที่มีต่อแบบฝึกทักษะคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง การบวกและการลบจำนวนนับไม่เกิน 1,000 ร่วมกับเทคนิคการเรียนรู้ KWDLกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนบ้านในเมือง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุตรดิตถ์ เขต 1 จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน คือ ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2/4 จำนวน 26 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้รายวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง การบวกและการลบจำนวนนับไม่เกิน 1,000 ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 จำนวน 7 แผน 2) แบบฝึกทักษะคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง การบวกและการลบจำนวนนับ ไม่เกิน 1,000 ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 แบ่งเป็นจำนวน 14 ชุด 3) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง การบวกและการลบจำนวนนับไม่เกิน 1,000 ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 เป็นแบบปรนัย ชนิดเลือกตอบ 3 ตัวเลือก จำนวน 20 ข้อ 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อแบบฝึกทักษะคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง การบวกและการลบจำนวนนับไม่เกิน 1,000 ร่วมกับเทคนิคการเรียนรู้ KWDL เป็นแบบมาตราส่วน ประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ มีคำถามรวม 10 ข้อ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การหาประสิทธิภาพของแบบฝึกทักษะ การวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างคะแนนสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

การศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง การบวกและการลบจำนวนนับไม่เกิน 1,000 ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โดยใช้แบบฝึกทักษะร่วมกับเทคนิคการเรียนรู้ KWDL
หลังเรียนของนักเรียน สูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ ได้แก่ 1. เพื่อพัฒนาแผนการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์โดยใช้เทคนิคเพื่อนคู่คิด เรื่อง สมบัติของเลขยกกำลัง 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์โดยใช้เทคนิคเพื่อนคู่คิด เรื่อง สมบัติของเลขยกกำลัง เทียบกับเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 70 3. เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เทคนิคเพื่อนคู่คิด กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้าเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนบ้านเหล่าป่าสา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่ 1) แผนการเรียนรู้ 2) แบบทดสอบวัดความรู้หลังเรียน (Post-test) และ 3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เทคนิคเพื่อนคู่คิด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ าค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าร้อยละ และ t-test

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

ผลการประเมินคุณภาพแผนการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์โดยใช้เทคนิคเพื่อนคู่คิด เรื่อง สมบัติของเลขยกกำลัง พบว่าคะแนนตามจุดประสงค์การเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน ได้คะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 78.025 และจากการที่นักเรียนทำแบบทดสอบวัดความรู้หลังเรียน ได้คะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 78 ดังนั้นจึงสรุปได้ว่า แผนการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์โดยใช้เทคนิคเพื่อนคู่คิด เรื่อง สมบัติของเลขยกกำลัง มีประสิทธิภาพเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ 70/70
ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรู้เรื่อง สมบัติของเลขยกกำลัง ของนักเรียนที่ได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เทคนิคเพื่อนคู่คิด เรื่อง สมบัติของเลขยกกำลัง สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 70 อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
ผลความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เทคนิคเพื่อนคู่คิด ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเป็น 4.93 ± 0.687 โดยทุกหัวข้อการประเมินมีความพึงพอใจ ในระดับมากที่สุด

The State of Academic Administration of the National University of Laos

The objective of this research is to study the state of academic administration of the National University of Laos with 5 major aspects: Curriculum and Curriculum Implementation, Management of Teaching - learning, Teaching-learning Medias, Educational Quality Assurance and Measurement and Evaluation. This research is a quantitative research (questionnaire). The target group is 305 people, female 132 people (administrators and teachers) in 13 Faculties in the National University of Laos.

Data analysis method: The study is to use a computer program (SPSS) to complete and separate data analysis according to the questionnaire in each section. Analysis of the general information of the respondents, question is to calculate the frequency value (Frequency) and percentage value (Percentage). The question about the academic administration of the National University of Laos is to calculate the average of Mean, and Standard Deviation. For the open-ended question which about additional opinions for academic administration of the National University of Laos. Those opinions from the respondents are synthesized and bring them to a conclusion.

The results of the study found that: the State of Academic Administration of the National University of Laos including 5 aspects is at a high level ( =3.94; S.D = 0.39). When considering each aspect, it is found that teaching and learning media has a higher average value than all other aspects ( = 4.00; S.D = 0.42). On the other hand, educational quality assurance has the lowest average value ( = 3.88; S.D = 0.52). Therefore, it can be concluded that there is no side with the overall average value up to the best opinion level.

In conclusion, it can be seen that the state of academic administration of the National University of Laos is at a good level. The aspect with the lowest average value of all aspects is the educational quality assurance. However, administrators and teachers should focus on all aspects of administration, especially in terms of ensuring the quality of education, which must be properly monitored according to the standards and indicators of the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Sports.
