Additionally, it aimed to enhance the document management system for quality assurance and evaluate user satisfaction with the website designed for this purpose. The system was developed to address issues related to document file searches and to organize quality assurance records more effectively, enabling easier data storage and improved data utilization.The development utilized WordPress, MySQL, and Hosthinglotus to create and implement the system. User satisfaction and expert evaluations indicated high levels of approval. The user satisfaction survey showed that the system met user requirements with an overall average score of 𝒙̅ = 4.9 and a standard deviation (S.D.) of 0.15. The overall system performance received an average score of 𝒙̅ = 4.85 and a standard deviation (S.D.) of 0.33. The system's design and aesthetics achieved the highest rating, with an average score of 𝒙̅ = 5 and a standard deviation (S.D.) of 0.Regarding expert feedback, the content aspect received an average score of 𝒙̅ = 3.87 and a standard deviation (S.D.) of 0.52, while the media quality aspect received an average score of 𝒙̅ = 3.64 and a standard deviation (S.D.) of 0.30. The most, accounting for 22.4 percent, graduated less than secondary school, accounting for 35.7 percent.</p> <p>Factors in using the services of the Mai Kaen District Registration Office Pattani province found that the type of work that people came to use the most services for was civil registration work. Accounting for 38.5 percent as for the type of work that people come to receive the least amount of services is general registration work. Representing 30.1 percent for the number of times people come to receive services in one year, the highest is receiving services 3-5 times/year, accounting for 45.5 percent, and the time period when people come to contact and request services from the Mai Kaen District Registration Office. Pattani Province, the highest was between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., accounting for 60.1 percent. The level of satisfaction of the people with the services provided by the Mai Kaen District Registrar's Office. Data were collected from 400 Generation Y customers who had previously purchased Hobbs brand products both online and offline using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and hypothesis testing was conducted using multiple regression analysis.<br>The research findings revealed that: 1) The majority of the sample were female, aged 31–35, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent, employed in private companies, earning a monthly income of 15,001–30,000 Baht, and were single. It is a quantitative research. The data collection tools The researcher collected secondary data from the computer database, the website of the Trang Revenue Office, fiscal year 2021 - 2023, analyzed the data using Microsoft Excel in 2 steps by collecting data sorted by ISIC of each month for each year, and then SUM to find the total value of each year in order. The analysis results of each year are SUM med to find the total value of all 3 years, and then analyzed, sorted, and compared the types of businesses. The research utilized mixed methods, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches. For the qualitative research, interviews were conducted with 15 key informants. For the quantitative research, data were collected from 129 SEPO personnel using a set of questionnaires. The statistics used included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient.<br>Research results: 1) the personnel development was found to be at a high level on average (x̅ =4.08). SEPO provided full support for its personnel to continuously develop the skills needed for their work. SEPO trainers taught their juniors to think critically, analyze, and solve problems. Through study tours, SEPO supported its personnel in visiting places to gain knowledge and experience, enhancing their work effectiveness. 2) The effectiveness of personnel development was found to be at a high level on average (x̅= 4.01). In terms of work quality, SEPO personnel were able to perform their tasks precisely and produce effective work. Regarding work results, the personnel were able to prioritize tasks effectively. In terms of work success, SEPO personnel showed enthusiasm in achieving goals. For work creation, the personnel developed new methods that resulted in high-quality outcomes. 3) For the suitable model for personnel development, SEPO has strengthened its support for appropriate training, study, and teaching. This ensures that personnel have adequate knowledge and understanding to perform their jobs effectively. Consequently, the work has been carried out smoothly and creatively. Personnel have demonstrated problem-solving abilities and independent decision-making.
