The objective is to examine the investment and income levels of farmers within the area, incorporating general demographic data of respondents, and internal and external environmental factors affecting the agricultural groups. The questionnaire was structured into nine main sections, with an additional section for recommendations. Data were collected from 362 individuals residing in the study area using a stratified random sampling method based on Yamane's (1970) formula, with a 95% confidence level and a margin of error of 0.05.

Descriptive statistics such as mean, percentage, and standard deviation were employed, along with correlation coefficient analysis using Accidental Sampling and multiple regression analysis.

The research findings revealed that mental health was rated the highest (= 4.12), followed by management (= 4.05), work efficiency (= 3.92), occupational stability and sustainability (= 3.91), economic factors (= 3.90), financial factors (= 3.86), sufficient income for living (= 3.83), strengthening of the agricultural community (= 3.78), and competitiveness (= 3.76), respectively.

Multiple regression analysis indicated that competitiveness (β = .324), work efficiency (β = .289), economic conditions (β = .149), and management (β = .110) significantly influenced investment and income among the agricultural groups in Non Klang Subdistrict, with at least a 0.05 level of statistical significance.

The quantitative results suggest that farmers in Non Klang Subdistrict still lack effective income management, competitiveness, and community empowerment. Due to rising living costs driven by current economic conditions, the farmers face high production costs. Furthermore, there is insufficient access to agricultural knowledge and limited support from relevant agencies in providing agricultural education.
2025-12-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Public Administration and local Innovation Buriram Rajabhat Universityhttps://so17.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JPALI_BRU/article/view/1287The use of digital technology in public administration of Ban Sai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Prakhon Chai District, Buriram Province2025-11-10T12:07:06+07:00มายศ เการัมย์matot.kaoram@gmail.comธันยพร วงค์ษาThanyaporn8945@gmail.comพีรยา ถาบุญเลิศthaburnleast@gmail.comวลัยพรรณ โสปัญหริWalaiphan0811757914@gmail.com
This research aims to 1) study the efficiency of using digital technology in public administration,Ban Sai Subdistrich Administrative Organization, Prakhon Chai District, Buriram Province 2) Study the problems and obstacles in using digital technology in public. Drawing on the perspective of critical public administration, this study reveals how bureaucratic authority is rendered invisible through legal justification, discursive practices, and institutional rituals. These include the use of formal language, hierarchical structure, and symbolic representations that collectively reinforce the perceived neutrality and legitimacy of the bureaucracy. Moreover, the article analyzes the interrelations between the bureaucracy and other power structures—such as the military, judiciary, independent agencies, and economic elites—highlighting how these connections support the formation of an undemocratic order. The findings suggest that understanding the bureaucracy as a component of the shadow state is essential for interrogating the legitimacy of administrative power and for envisioning a more transparent and accountable public administration aligned with democratic governance and good governance principles
2025-12-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Public Administration and local Innovation Buriram Rajabhat Universityhttps://so17.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JPALI_BRU/article/view/1087Cultural Capital and Local Development: Community Economic System in the New Normal Era2025-05-20T11:18:33+07:00Somsak Srisontisuksomsri4@kku.ac.thYutthasart Norkaewyutasat.nk@hotmail.com
This article aims to study the community economic system in the new normal era by studying from various related theories. It was found that the establishment of community areas as the center of development has a direct impact on sustainable economic development in the new normal era. In particular, community areas with plural characteristics must accept diversity. In other words, any community area that is a multicultural society will create a living cultural community, which directly impacts the sustainable development of the community together. This is because that community has diverse cultural capital, leading to the formation of a community network that exchanges knowledge and local wisdom in a tangible way. This makes the community economic system that occurs develop local cultural capital into a way of life that is continuously practiced and passed down, leading to the sustainable development of the community economic system in the new normal era.
2025-12-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Public Administration and local Innovation Buriram Rajabhat University
