The research tools included questionnaires, interviews, and group discussion records. The findings revealed that: 1) the overall state of curriculum management in the Thai language learning area for ethnic students was at a high level, 2) both internal and external factors influenced the curriculum management, and 3) the proposed guidelines for curriculum management emphasized participatory principles through four steps: 1) curriculum planning, 2) curriculum implementation, 3) supervision and monitoring, and 4) curriculum evaluation. The results of the study found that the management approach for academic work for alternative education students in terms of the curriculum started with a survey of opinions from the community and stakeholders to design an appropriate curriculum. The implementation focused on the effective use of the curriculum and monitoring of learning outcomes. Meanwhile, the audit focused on analyzing the quality of the curriculum to lead to improvements according to the needs of the learners. In terms of learning management, it started with an analysis of the learning structure and setting goals that were consistent with the learners. The implementation focused on activities that promote life skills and assessed learning outcomes with various tools. In terms of measurement and evaluation, it focused on surveying opinions to design appropriate methods according to the characteristics of the students. Statistical analysis involved calculating means and standard deviations, as well as conducting content analysis of key themes. The findings revealed that the current state of academic leadership in teaching and learning management is at a high level. 2) Key factors in the development of academic leadership in the age of artificial intelligence include internal supporting factors such as financial resources and equipment, while external hindering factors include political and technological aspects. 3) The desired future vision is that teachers will develop their teaching techniques and apply digital technology in the age of artificial intelligence. 4) Innovations for developing teachers' academic leadership utilize the PDCA Model for self and professional development, classroom management, learning and teaching activities, and professional ethics.</span></p> Hirun Sriwichai, สมเกียรติ ตุ่นแก้ว, ประเวศ เวชชะ Copyright (c) 2025 KRURAJAPAK https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://so17.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/KRUPAK/article/view/909 Wed, 30 Apr 2025 00:00:00 +0700 The Development of Learning Achievement through Learning Activity Packages on the Topic of Solutions in Chemistry II for Grade 10 Students https://so17.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/KRUPAK/article/view/1015 <p>This research aimed to: (1) study the efficiency of the learning activity package on Solutions in Chemistry II for Grade 10, Class 1 students, to meet the specified criterion of 80/80 (E1/E2); (2) compare the students’ learning achievement before and after the implementation of the learning activity package; and (3) study the students’ satisfaction towards the learning activities using this package.The sample group consisted of 28 students in Grade 10, Class 1, Science-Mathematics Program, Plong Witthayakom School, in the second semester of the academic year 2024, selected by purposive sampling.The research instruments included the learning activity package, inquiry-based lesson plans, pre-test and post-test achievement assessments, and a student satisfaction questionnaire towards the learning activities.Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, namely percentage, mean, standard deviation, and efficiency index (E1/E2).
