Student Satisfaction with Learning Support Systems among Political Science Students at Phetchabun Rajabhat University

This research is a quantitative survey research. The objective of this research is to study the satisfaction of students in the Political Science Program towards the learning support system of Phetchabun Rajabhat University. The population used in the research is 380 students in the Political Science Program in the academic year 2024, regular semester, using cluster random sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis uses frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the research found that overall, students are moderately satisfied with the learning support system of Phetchabun Rajabhat University. Students are highly satisfied with physical readiness, moderately satisfied with educational services, and moderately satisfied with educational technology.
