The objective of this research is to study the satisfaction of students in the Political Science Program towards the learning support system of Phetchabun Rajabhat University. The population used in the research is 380 students in the Political Science Program in the academic year 2024, regular semester, using cluster random sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis uses frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the research found that overall, students are moderately satisfied with the learning support system of Phetchabun Rajabhat University. Students are highly satisfied with physical readiness, moderately satisfied with educational services, and moderately satisfied with educational technology.</p>2026-04-12T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 https://so17.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/PGSJ/article/view/2327Utilizing the online service system on the website of the Songkhla Provincial Agricultural and Cooperative Office.2026-04-26T11:24:24+07:00Piyarat Laphakittarosaraban_ska@opsmoac.go.th<p style="text-indent: 36.0pt; margin: 6.0pt 0cm 6.0pt 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'TH SarabunPSK',sans-serif;">This research aimed to<span lang="TH">: (</span>1<span lang="TH">) </span>examine the online service system <span lang="TH">(</span>E<span lang="TH">-</span>Services<span lang="TH">) </span>on the website of the Provincial Office of Agriculture and Cooperatives in Songkhla; <span lang="TH">(</span>2<span lang="TH">) </span>investigate the benefits of the E<span lang="TH">-</span>Services system; and <span lang="TH">(</span>3<span lang="TH">) </span>identify problems associated with the utilization of the system<span lang="TH">. </span>The research methodology comprised documentary research and quantitative research<span lang="TH">. </span>Data were collected from 17 officials of the Provincial Office of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Songkhla, and 5 farmers who accessed services at the office<span lang="TH">. </span>Statistical analyses included mean and standard deviation<span lang="TH">.</span></span></p> <p style="text-indent: 36.0pt; margin: 6.0pt 0cm 6.0pt 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'TH SarabunPSK',sans-serif;">The findings revealed that<span lang="TH">: (</span>1<span lang="TH">) </span>the E<span lang="TH">-</span>Services system was developed using the Google Workspace platform, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Google Slides, integrated with an email system and MOAC QR Code<span lang="TH">. </span>Users were able to access the website, select forms, complete and submit data online, and receive document copies via email, while officials could systematically manage and store data in a database format<span lang="TH">. (</span>2<span lang="TH">) </span>The overall benefits of the E<span lang="TH">-</span>Services system were at the highest level <span lang="TH">(</span></span><span style="font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">μ</span><span lang="TH" style="font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'TH SarabunPSK',sans-serif;"> = </span><span style="font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'TH SarabunPSK',sans-serif;">4<span lang="TH">.</span>75, </span><span style="font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">σ</span><span lang="TH" style="font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'TH SarabunPSK',sans-serif;"> = </span><span style="font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'TH SarabunPSK',sans-serif;">0<span lang="TH">.</span>53<span lang="TH">). </span>The most significant benefits were the efficiency of system usage and data management, followed by the reduction of operational procedures<span lang="TH">. </span>The least significant benefit was the transition toward a fully digital working system<span lang="TH">. </span>Additionally, the system contributed to time reduction, resource savings, and enhanced convenience for users<span lang="TH">.
