<p> This research is a quantitative survey research. The objective of this research is to study the satisfaction of students in the Political Science Program towards the learning support system of Phetchabun Rajabhat University. The population used in the research is 380 students in the Political Science Program in the academic year 2024, regular semester, using cluster random sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis uses frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the research found that overall, students are moderately satisfied with the learning support system of Phetchabun Rajabhat University. <p>This research aimed to: (1) examine the online service system (E-Services) on the <br>website of the Provincial Office of Agriculture and Cooperatives in Songkhla; (2) investigate <br>the benefits of the E-Services system; and (3) identify problems associated with the <br>utilization of the system. The research methodology comprised documentary research <br>and quantitative research. Data were collected from 17 officials of the Provincial Office of <br>Agriculture and Cooperatives, Songkhla, and 5 farmers who accessed services at the office. <br>Statistical analyses included mean and standard deviation. <br>The findings revealed that: (1) the E-Services system was developed using the <br>Google Workspace platform, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Forms, Google Sheets, <br>and Google Slides, integrated with an email system and MOAC QR Code. Users were able <br>to access the website, select forms, complete and submit data online, and receive <br>document copies via email, while officials could systematically manage and store data in <br>a database format. (2) The overall benefits of the E-Services system were at the highest <br>level (μ = 4.75, σ = 0.53). The most significant benefits were the efficiency of system <br>usage and data management, followed by the reduction of operational procedures. The <br>least significant benefit was the transition toward a fully digital working system. <br>Additionally, the system contributed to time reduction, resource savings, and enhanced <br>convenience for users. (3) Regarding problems, some officials lacked sufficient knowledge <br>and understanding of the system, and certain computer equipment was outdated and <br>unable to support the system efficiently.</p>Piyarat Laphakittaro

<p>This study aimed to examine the level of public participation in water resource management in the Pa Sak River Basin, Tan Diao Subdistrict, Lom Sak District, Phetchabun Province. The population consisted of 5,763 residents living in Tan Diao Subdistrict and the sample size was determined to be 399 participants. The research instrument was a structured questionnaire. Statistical methods employed for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.</p> <p>The findings revealed that the overall level of public participation in water resource management in the Pasak River Basin was at a high level. When considering each dimension, participation in information perception demonstrated the highest mean score, followed by participation in water management approaches, while participation in decision-making showed the lowest mean score. <table width="100%"> <tbody> <tr> <td> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p>This research aimed to (1) examine farmers’ opinions toward the use of QR Code-based online payment systems and (2) propose strategic approaches to promote the adoption of such systems in the Cattle and Buffalo Bank for Farmers Project in Chaiyaphum Province. The sample consisted of 160 farmers participating in the project. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Additionally, SWOT and TOWS Matrix analyses were employed to formulate strategic recommendations.</p> <p>The results revealed that most farmers had not previously used QR Code payment systems; however, they demonstrated a positive perception and attitude toward their adoption. The perceived convenience of the system was rated at a moderate to high level, and a high proportion of respondents agreed with its implementation. The primary sources of information were banks and government agencies. Nevertheless, several barriers were identified, including unstable internet connectivity, lack of smartphones, and concerns regarding system errors.</p> <p>The strategic analysis suggested that efforts should focus on developing a comprehensive digital system, enhancing farmers’ digital literacy, providing user-friendly manuals and training programs, strengthening trust in the system, and improving supporting infrastructure. These measures are essential to ensure effective and sustainable adoption of QR Code payment systems among farmers.</p>Adisorn Chatsupap

<p>This research aimed to: 1) study the management of economic agricultural <br>commodity data (crops, fisheries, and livestock) by agencies under the Ministry of <br>Agriculture and Cooperatives in Nakhon Nayok Province, and 2) study the development of <br>agricultural commodity data management (crops, fisheries, livestock) by agencies under the <br>Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives in Nakhon Nayok Province. This is a qualitative <br>research study. Key informants consisted of nine personnel from the Provincial Agricultural <br>Office, Provincial Fisheries Office, and Provincial Livestock Office in Nakhon Nayok Province, <br>including heads of government agencies and officers responsible for agricultural data <br>management. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and document <br>review forms. The collected data were categorized, analyzed, compared, and synthesized <br>to identify relationships and formulate data management approaches. <br>The findings revealed that the management of economic agricultural commodity data <br>was characterized by fragmented data storage across agencies. Most data were maintained <br>in document-based formats or basic digital files, such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, <br>without a centralized database system capable of integrating information among agencies. <br>As a result, the utilization of data for planning and decision-making was inefficient. In <br>addition, personnel possessed only basic knowledge of data management and lacked <br>expertise in advanced database systems and information technology. Capacity-building <br>programs were limited and discontinuous, while shortages of information technology <br>specialists further constrained effective data management. <br>Regarding the development of economic agricultural commodity data management, <br>the study found that data integration among agencies should be enhanced through the <br>establishment of a centralized database system and online platforms capable of <br>systematically linking information. The adoption of modern information technology should <br>be promoted, together with improvements in technological infrastructure and adequate <br>budget support. Furthermore, a provincial centralized agricultural data center should be <br>established to facilitate data sharing among relevant agencies. Continuous professional <br>development programs in data management and information technology should also be <br>implemented to strengthen personnel competencies.
