Development of School in the Educational Fund Project in the New Normal Based on Community Administration Model for Developing Creative Learning Innovation Competency which Enhancing Creative Thinking and Innovative Skills of Thanuawittaya School

The research aimed to develop model of school in educational fund project in the new normal based on community administration for developing creating learning innovation competency which enhancing creative thinking and innovative skills of Thanuawittaya school, there was 5 phases; 1) synthesized and confirmed school administration component by documentary research and 5 experts interview 2) analyzed need assessment and developed school administration guideline by opinionnaire with 204 samplings and focus group discussion with 15 teachers 3) developed school administration model by participation with 15 teachers and evaluated by 9 experts 4) studied the effectiveness of school administration model with target group were 186 primary 1 to secondary 3 students in academic year 2024, 15 teachers, and 130 parents sampling group by using creating learning innovation competency evaluation form, creative and innovative skills evaluation form, ethical and moral behavior evaluation form, and opinionnaire, and 5) evaluated and expanded school administration model by 9 experts and 38 target schools. The statistics used for quantitative data analysis were mean, standard deviation, percentage, PNImodified and content analysis for qualitative data.
The results were as follows:
1. School administration component had 6 components; namely 1) development and management of new normal curriculum 2) development of learning management in context 3) new measurement and evaluation
4) development and promoting teacher on digital technology 5) cooperation and networking and 6) development of participative administration.
2. Need assessment at highest on maximum was school administration strategy the runner up was teacher development administration strategy, career and life skill development strategy was on minimum, overall need had PNImodified = 0.58, while school administration guideline had 9 components.
3. School administration model consisted of principle, objective, input, process, output, measurement and evaluation, supporting system, key of success, and feedback also appropriate evaluation result was at highest
4. The effectiveness of school administration model, namely creating learning innovation competency was at highest creative and innovative skills as a whole was at highest moral and ethical behavior was at highest and parents’ opinion was at highest
5. The result of school administration model evaluation as a whole was at highest and expanded to 38 target schools.
