Guidelines For the Participative Management Development of Childcare Development Centers Under The Local Administrative Organization, Nongbualamphu Province

The purposes of this research were to explore guidelines for developing the participative management of childcare development centers under the local administrative organization, Nong Bua Lambhu province. The study explored the needs, actual states and expected states through the synthesis of components, concepts, and theories related to participatory administration. Data were collected through interviews with purposively selected key informants, including three academic experts from higher education institutions, three local administrative organization mayors, and three directors of education divisions. The research instrument used for data collection was a semi - structured interview. The data were analyzed using content analysis. The proposed guidelines were then validated by the same group of nine informants using a confirmation form. The data were analyzed by calculating frequency and percentage. The research results revealed that: The proposed guidelines for developing the participative management of childcare development centers under the local administrative organization, Nong Bua Lambhu province comprised three aspects with 20 approaches as follows: 1) Autonomy in job responsibilities, with five approaches, 2) Mutual trust, with eight approaches, and 3) Participation in work operations with seven approaches. All guidelines were validated as applicable.
