Strategic Leadership of Administrators In the 21st Century Affecting the Effectiveness in School Administration under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

The purposes of this research were to examine, compare, determine the relationship, identify the predictive power, and establish guidelines for the strategic leadership of school administrators in the 21st century, influencing the effectiveness in school administration under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The research sample consisted of 335 participants, including 91 school administrators and 244 teachers from 91 schools under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 during the 2025 academic year. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan table and selected using multi-stage random sampling. The instruments for data collection were questionnaires and interview forms. The questionnaires assessing strategic leadership of school administrators in the 21st century and the effectiveness in school administration possessed item discrimination power values ranging from 0.453 to 0.784 and from 0.377 to 0.826, with the reliability of 0.942 and 0.946. Statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent samples t-test, Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. Qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis.
