Its objective is to promote and develop academic writing by serving as a medium for disseminating academic works of faculty members, researchers, and students both within and outside the institution. It provides opportunities for the dissemination of academic research and studies in the fields of humanities, applied social sciences, and serves as a source of educational information, research, exploration, and dissemination of knowledge.</p> <p>The journal accepts articles within the academic framework of social science, applied social science, humanities, and educational science, in both Thai and English languages, in the categories of research articles and academic articles. All articles undergo evaluation by at least three qualified reviewers in the respective fields, in a double-blind review format. Associate Degree Program in Agricultural Technology Phrae Community College The analysis results found that Management model for developing the innovator characteristics of advanced vocational innovation scholarship students Associate Degree Program in Agricultural Technology Phrae Community College has 3 components: Component 1: Input factors include: 1) Policy setting, 2) Operations team, 3) Budget, and 4) Community learning resources network partners. Component 2: Process (Process) using the Design Thinking process, consisting of 1) Step 1: Empathize. 2) Step 2: Identify the problem (Define). 3) Step 3: Bring ideas to create (Ideate). 4) Step 4, create a prototype (Prototype), 5) Step 5, test (Test), and 6) Implement (Implement). Component 3: Output: Innovative characteristics of “Smart Farmer 4.0” include 1) Smart Thinking: thinking skills 2) Smart Farm: IOT technology skills 3) Digital Market: digital marketing and 4) Net Work: Community volunteers from the results of project activities under the management model to develop innovator characteristics of advanced vocational innovation scholarship students. It was quantitative research with questionnaires from 387 people in Fai Kaew sub district with stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed by percentages mean and standard deviation. Results were; 1) public participation in sub district development plan of Fai Kaew Sub district Administrative Organization, Phu Phiang District, Nan Province was moderate ( mean = 3.45). Considering each aspect, it was found that people were most involved in receiving benefits, followed by decision-making. and the least were monitoring and evaluation. ( Mean = 4.07, 3.38, and 3.00, respectively) and 2) guidelines for enhancing public participation in the preparation of sub district development plans of Fai Kaew Sub district Administrative Organization, Phu Phiang District, Nan Province was publicizing organization performance through social media to create awareness. Public also could access to organization information which would lead to the public participation in the sub district development plan as planned.
