The Relationship Between Participative Management of Schools Administrators and The Effectiveness of Academic Administration of Schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Ratchasima

The purpose of this study were to 1) participative management of schools administrators. 2) effectiveness of academic administration of schools. 3) the relationship between participative management of schools administrators and the effectiveness of academic administration of schools. The samples used in the research were school administrators and teacher under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Ratchasima, number of 346 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire on participative management of schools administrators and effectiveness of academic administration of schools. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient (r).
The research results were found that
- Participative management of schools administrators under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Ratchasima was at a highest level and when considering each process, it was at a highest level in all process, the process with the highest average was participation in decision making, followed by participation in planning, and participation in benefits, which has the lowest average.
- The effectiveness of academic administration of schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Ratchasima, the overall level was at a highest level. and considering by side, it was found that most of them were at a highest level, the aspects with the highest average was curriculum development, followed by development of learning processes, and research for quality improvement, which has the lowest average.
- The relationship between participative management of schools administrators and the effectiveness of academic administration of schools under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Ratchasima, the correlation between the general value and each aspect was statistically significant positive and correlated with .01 which was high with the confidence value of .898
