บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความหมายและบทบาทของแนวคิด “หลี่” (จารีต) ในปรัชญาของขงจื่อ โดยมุ่งเน้นการศึกษาพัฒนาการของหลี่จากรากฐานทางศาสนาไปสู่การเป็นบรรทัดฐานทางสังคมในบริบทจีนโบราณ ผ่านการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์เชิงปรัชญาระหว่างหลี่กับ “เหริน” (มนุษยธรรม) เพื่อเสนอว่า การปฏิบัติจารีตอย่างมีจริยธรรมจำเป็นต้องมีเหรินเป็นแกนกลางในการกำกับเจตจำนงของปัจเจกบุคคล และอภิปรายแนวทางการตีความร่วมสมัยของ Chenyang Li ที่เสนอว่า หลี่ทำหน้าที่เสมือน “ไวยากรณ์ทางวัฒนธรรม” ซึ่งมีบทบาทเชิงโครงสร้างในการหล่อหลอมพฤติกรรม บุคลิกภาพของมนุษย์ผ่านการเรียนรู้ และการปฏิบัติซ้ำอย่างมีแบบแผน ข้อเสนอหลักของบทความคือ การทำความเข้าใจหลี่ในฐานะกลไกภายในทางจริยธรรมที่ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาความเป็นมนุษย์อย่างสมบูรณ์ ซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญในการธำรงระเบียบและความกลมเกลียวในสังคม
