Teaching Cooperative Mathematics using the STAD Technique Combined with Reinforcement for Grade 9 Students

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to develop and find out the effectiveness of the cooperative mathematics learning plans using the STAD technique combined with reinforcement. 2) To develop the academic achievement in mathematics on the topic of linear single inequalities. 3) To achieve the level of satisfaction of grade 9 students with mathematics learning management. The research used a quasi-experimental research design method. The research target group used purposive random sampling, were grade 9 students at Nakhon Thai School. Phitsanulok Province, 37 students. The research tools were 7 lesson plans on linear single inequalities. Mathematics Achievement Test and assessment of student satisfaction with mathematics learning management.
The results found that 1) the effectiveness of the cooperative mathematics learning plans using the STAD technique combined with reinforcement was equal to 86.01/82.84, higher than the specified criteria. 2) Academic achievement in mathematics on the topic of linear single inequalities was higher when comparing the pre-tests and post-tests with statistical significance at the .05 level and 3) the average satisfaction of students with learning management was 4.63, at the highest level. and has a standard deviation of 0.48
