Learning Management for Referee and Volleyball Competition Management

Abstract

The purposes of this article were to introduce learning management guidance for volleyball referee and learning management guidance for volleyball competition management. For learning management in volleyball management and volleyball competition management, the teacher applied Experiential Learning with System theory. According to individual differences which occurred by their environment, personality, emotion and society, the teacher should manage flexible learning contents in order to fit with students’ experiences, and to enhance students’ learning and development in proper level.  In the present, child center learning is very popular – by combining students’ schema with new experiences in different form, it enhanced students to achieve undergraduate qualifications standards of Physical education which were morality, ethics, knowledge, intellectual skills, interpersonal skills and responsibility, communication skills and the use of information technology including professional skills. Moreover, it helped students satisfied in learning, more motivated in learning which leaded to higher learning achievement.
