Abstract

This research aims to create and develop an electronic book (E-book) on folk tales in 4 regions for 1st secondary students to compare the learning achievements before and after learning from electronic books (E-books) on folk tales. 4 Regions, 1st secondary students, Demonstration School of Uttaradit Rajabhat University, Mueang District, Uttaradit Province and to measure the satisfaction of 1st secondary students towards E-books on folk tales in 4 regions of 1st secondary students.


          The sample of this research is 27 1st secondary students class 1/2 in Uttaradit Rajabhat University Demonstration School, in the 2nd semester, were obtained by selective method.


          The research tools are 1. to test the achievement of the learning by multiple choices pre-test and post-test 2. E-book, 5 stories which are Lek Nam Phi (Northern Region), Phaya Kan Khak (Northeastern Region), Crocodile Sam Phan (Central Region), Koh Nu and Koh Maew (Southern Region), and The legend of Mueang Laplae 3. The reading comprehension assessment form of Mathayom Suksa 1 students 4. to create learning outlines for 5 outlines 5. Questionnaire to ask about satisfaction of electronic books (E-books) on folk tales in 4 parts for 1st secondary students in Uttaradit Rajabhat University Demonstration School, Mueang District, Uttaradit Province.


          Research findings 1. The development of electronic books (E-book) on folk tales in 4 regions for 1st secondary students in Demonstration School of Uttaradit Rajabhat University, Mueang District, Uttaradit Province. The efficiency according to the standard was 87.14/87.50 which was higher than the expected standard which is 80/80. 2. The learning achievement before and after the electronic books (E-book) on folk tales in 4 regions for 1st secondary students found that the result of pre-test average is 11.19, and standard deviation is 3.29. The post-test average is 24.48, and standard deviation is 2.74. From the comparison, the difference in learning achievement after school was higher than the pre-school achievement. The difference was statistically significant at the .05 level. 3. 1st secondary students in Demonstration School of Uttaradit Rajabhat University, Mueang District, Uttaradit Province. sample group Their overall satisfaction was at a very agreeable level, with a mean ( gif.latex?\bar{x} ) of 4.28 and a standard deviation (S.D) of 0.73.
