THE DIGITAL ERA ADMINISTRATION INCREASE EFFICIENCY OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT OFFICERS AT NAKAE DISTRICT, NAKHONPHANOM PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: (1) to analysis of the digital era administration increase efficiency of the local government officers at Nakae district, Nakhonphanom province; and (2) proposing a development strategy for implementing the digital era administration increase efficiency of the local government officers at Nakae district, Nakhonphanom province.

             This research was a quantitative research. The population that used in this research is the local government officers at Nakae district, Nakhonphanom province consisting of total 239 people. The sample in this research, according to simple random sampling formula consisted random from 150 people sample using as a data collection tool. The statistics used percentages, averages, and standard deviations and for the hypothesis testing will involve multiple regression analysis.

                The research findings were found that: (1) the implementation of the digital era administration increase has a significant impact on increasing efficiency in various aspects of job performance, including quantitative work, work quality, time management, and operational costs. The statistical analysis indicates a statistically significant correlation
at the 0.05 significance level; and (2) the local government officers at Nakae district, Nakhonphanom province, must continuously develop their capabilities and engage in lifelong learning. This is to enable themselves to be knowledgeable and skillful professionals, allowing them to integrate new technologies into their work practices.
