An analysis of political freedom of the people of Khon Kaen municipality district 4

Abstract

This article aims to 1) study the concept of freedom in political philosophy, 2) examine the political freedom of the people in Khon Kaen Municipality District 4, and 3) analyze the political freedom of the people in Khon Kaen Municipality District 4. This study is qualitative research, utilizing data from primary and secondary sources as well as related research. A total of 30 participants were involved, and the data was analyzed descriptively using inductive methods. The research findings indicate that 1) freedom in political philosophy is the individual's right to express opinions, vote, and participate in political decision-making without being restricted by the state or other powers. This concept is crucial in creating a society that is equal and just. Political freedom is the foundation of democracy and human rights, which must be protected and promoted. Therefore, the development of political freedom plays a significant role in strengthening an equitable and democratic society. 2) The political freedom of the people in Khon Kaen Municipality District 4 is a fundamental right that allows individuals to express opinions and participate in political decision-making processes without interference from the state or external powers. Participation in electoral activities and expressing opinions on local policies are vital components in strengthening democracy in this area. Protecting political rights and freedoms thus enhances the strength of society and the governance system. 3) The analysis of the political freedom of the people in Khon Kaen Municipality District 4 highlights the rights to express opinions, vote, and participate in political decision-making processes. Although there are opportunities to access information and engage in political activities, there are still certain limitations that may prevent some groups of people from fully expressing their opinions or participating. Therefore, promoting and protecting political freedom is essential for developing local democracy and building trust between the public and the government.
