Guidelines for Promoting Work Efficiency: A Policy Framework for the National Council on Social Welfare of Thailand Under Royal Patronage

Abstract
This academic article aims to present that promoting operational performance to lead an organization to success is not merely about using a single strategy, but rather about harmoniously integrating multiple elements. This includes understanding the organization's context, its operational practices, and facing the challenges in operations, which leads to guidelines for promoting organizational performance for the National Council on Social Welfare of Thailand Under Royal Patronage. Currently, an organization's competitiveness depends on having information and the ability to manage that information effectively for the greatest benefit to the organization. The guidelines for promoting operational performance to lead the organization to success include: 1) fundraising and resource management; 2) managing the network of member organizations; 3) adapting to increasingly complex social issues; 4) managing personnel and volunteers; 5) utilizing technology and innovation; and 6) measuring and evaluating performance. Therefore, when an organization can effectively integrate these guidelines, it can establish a solid foundation for growth, create a competitive advantage, and lead the organization to sustainable success in the long term.
