Social Capital and Strengthening Savings Groups for Production, Ban Bataka, Nong Yai Subdistrict, Phon Thong District, Roi Et Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the use of social capital in managing the production savings group, Ban Bataka Village No. 6, Nong Yai Subdistrict, Phon Thong District, Roi Et Province, and 2) to study problems, obstacles and approaches to capital development social to be used in the management of savings groups for production, Ban Bataka, Village No. 6, Nong Yai Subdistrict, Phon Thong District, Roi Et Province. This study is qualitative research using interviews with key informants. The data were then analyzed for descriptive content. The results of the research found that 1) The Nong Yai Subdistrict Production Savings Group has confidence in the management and morality of the establishment of the Sajja Savings Group. The committee uses moral principles and has prepared a plan for social reform to live happily together in harmony, with a community welfare system, which consists of integrating various types of welfare together. Both about funds, good relationships among people in the community who care for each other, unity and cooperation in the community. The performance of the members of the group requires cooperation from the people who help develop a strong community. 2) Problems, obstacles, and guidelines for developing social capital for use in managing savings groups for production. The important thing that is a success factor is that group leaders, committees, and members are personnel with knowledge, wisdom, knowledge, carefulness, and honesty. And the most important thing is love and unity. The group executive committee will listen to members' opinions and use meeting resolutions to make decisions on managing problems and obstacles of social capital to the use in managing production savings groups. Using guidelines to support the preparation of various accounting documents to be complete and easy to understand. Promote and support the new generation to join in the group's operations so that people in the community can learn and transfer experiences leading to continuous operations of the Savings for Production group.
