Behavior of Supervisors That Affects Morale in The Performance of Police Officers Thung Khao Luang Provincial Police Station, Thung Khao Luang District, Roi Et Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the behavior of police officer commanders, 2) to study the morale of police officers in their work of police officers, Thung Khao Luang Provincial Police Station, Thung Khao Luang District, Roi Et Province. This study is a mixed method research, collecting both quantitative and qualitative data, using a questionnaire created by the researcher as a tool to collect data from the population, then analyze the data using a statistical package. And qualitative data obtained from interviews with a sample group of 15 people were used for descriptive analysis and content analysis. The results of the study found that: 1) Behavior of the police commander at Thung Khao Luang Provincial Police Station Thung Khao Luang District, Roi Et Province. It is the supervisor's behavior in a result-oriented form supportive and participatory, respectively. 2) Morale in the performance of police officers Thung Khao Luang Provincial Police Station, Thung Khao Luang District Roi Et Province. Overall, it is at a high level.
