The relationship between school administration in digital era and internal supervision of schools under the secondary educational service area office Kanchanaburi

Abstract
This article aimed to 1) study was to Educational Institution Administration in the Digital Era
2) Internal Supervision in Educational Institutions and 3) A Study of the Relationship between Educational Institution Administration in the Digital Era and Internal Supervision in Educational Institutions under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Kanchanaburi, classified by educational management areas. The sample consisted of 315 school administrators 17 and teachers 298. The samples were selected through stratified random sampling based on school size. The content validity index ranged from 0.67 to 1.00, and the reliability coefficient was 0.97. Statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The level of statistical significance was set at .05.
The research results found that: 1) The results indicated that school administration was, overall, at a high level. When considering each aspect, all aspects were found to be at a high level. Ranked by mean scores from highest to lowest, they were personnel administration, academic administration, general administration, and budget administration, respectively. 2) The internal supervision conducted by school administrators and teachers was, overall, at a high level. When examined by aspect, all aspects were also at a high level. Ranked by mean scores from highest to lowest, they were the study of current conditions, problems, and needs, followed by the implementation of internal supervision, evaluation, and internal supervision planning. 3) The relationship between school administration in digital era and internal supervision of schools was found to be positively correlated at a high level, with statistical significance was set at .01.
