Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of Project-Based Learning (PBL) on the development of 21st-century skills among learners. The synthesis findings indicates that PBL enhances critical thinking and problem-solving, creativity and innovation, communication and collaboration, digital literacy, as well as self-directed learning and intrinsic motivation. In the era of artificial intelligence and massive information, hands-on practice enables learners to gain clear understanding and effectively apply knowledge. Moreover, PBL fosters competencies aligned with lifelong learning, enabling learners to adapt to societal, technological, and economic changes while creating value in personal life, education, and future careers.
