Publication Ethics

Association of Organizational Learning and Innovation Networks serves as a medium for disseminating research findings and new knowledge between researchers and the wider society. To ensure that academic communication is conducted accurately, transparently, and in accordance with international publication standards, the Journal has established guidelines, best practices, and publication ethics as follows.

Duties of Editors

Editors are internal and external experts appointed by Roi Et Rajabhat University upon the recommendation of the Graduate School. Their duties are as follows:

1. To formulate policies, plans, and guidelines for manuscript submission and journal publication, and to oversee the selection and quality control of articles for publication.

2 To conduct a preliminary review of manuscripts to ensure proper format, completeness, and academic quality prior to peer review.

3. To select qualified reviewers with appropriate expertise, compile reviewers’ comments, forward them to authors for revision, and verify the revised manuscripts prior to publication in accordance with the criteria of the Thai Journal Citation Index (TCI).

3. To maintain the confidentiality of authors’ and reviewers’ information throughout the evaluation and publication process.

4. To make final decisions on manuscript acceptance based on reviewers’ evaluations, considering significance, originality, clarity, and alignment with the Journal’s scope and policies.

5. To reject manuscripts that have been previously published or simultaneously submitted elsewhere, including full papers published in conference proceedings.

6. To ensure that manuscripts are not rejected without clear academic evidence or justification.

7. To avoid any conflicts of interest involving authors, reviewers, or journal administrators.

8. To screen manuscripts for plagiarism using reliable detection tools; if plagiarism is confirmed and no satisfactory academic explanation is provided, the manuscript will be rejected.

Duties of Reviewers

Reviewers are experts appointed by the Editorial Board. Their responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining the confidentiality of manuscripts and authors’ information throughout the review process.

2. Declaring and avoiding any conflicts of interest that may compromise impartial evaluation.

3. Evaluating manuscripts within their area of expertise based on academic merit, including significance, originality, clarity, and relevance, without personal bias.

4. Recommending relevant scholarly works for citation when appropriate.

5. Informing the editors if substantial similarity or plagiarism is identified, supported by clear evidence.

Duties of Authors

Authors are individuals who submit manuscripts for publication in the Journal and are responsible for the following:

1. Certifying that the manuscript is original and has not been previously published or submitted elsewhere.

2. Presenting accurate and truthful research data without fabrication, falsification, or misrepresentation.

3. Properly citing all sources and acknowledging the works of others in the reference list.

4. Preparing manuscripts in accordance with the Journal’s submission guidelines; noncompliant manuscripts may not be considered.

5. Listing as authors only those who have made a substantial contribution to the research.

6. Acknowledging sources of financial support in the acknowledgements section, if applicable.

7. Disclosing any potential conflicts of interest.
