The The Influence of Artificial Intelligence on the Dynamics of Thai Language and Literature
Main Article Content
Abstract
This research analyzes the influence of artificial intelligence (AI) on the dynamics of contemporary Thai language and literature, using documentary research and critical discourse analysis. The findings reveal that AI's influence impacts four key levels: 1) structural language influence from foreign languages through algorithmic processing; 2) commercial content production creating a single standard language; 3) aesthetics, where AI remains trapped in statistical simulation rather than aesthetic awareness; and 4) philosophical challenges to the original author's identity. This article suggests that Thai society must move beyond viewing AI as merely a tool and cultivate an understanding of the changing dynamics of language to preserve the spirit of human literature.
