Abstract
This independent study aimed to: 1) investigate the current situation; 2) identify key factors; 3) explore the desired future vision; and 4) propose innovations for developing academic leadership in the age of artificial intelligence for elementary school teachers.The study instrument included questionnaires, interviews, and focus group discussions. Statistical analysis involved calculating means and standard deviations, as well as conducting content analysis of key themes. The findings revealed that the current state of academic leadership in teaching and learning management is at a high level. 2) Key factors in the development of academic leadership in the age of artificial intelligence include internal supporting factors such as financial resources and equipment, while external hindering factors include political and technological aspects. 3) The desired future vision is that teachers will develop their teaching techniques and apply digital technology in the age of artificial intelligence. 4) Innovations for developing teachers' academic leadership utilize the PDCA Model for self and professional development, classroom management, learning and teaching activities, and professional ethics.
