A Study of System Quality, Information Quality, and Technology Acceptance Affecting User Satisfaction with the Loan Approval System for POST FINANCE (LTF), FT, and BZP Projects via the GHB Pro-App among Employees of the Government Housing Bank

This research aimed to examine the effects of system quality, information quality, and technology acceptance on the satisfaction of GHB Pro – App users among employees of the Government Housing Bank. The sample consisted of 400 loan department employees who use the system. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed through descriptive statistics, and multiple regression analysis.
The results revealed that factors with a positive and statistically significant influence on user satisfaction included perceived usefulness, information reliability, information completeness, information comprehensibility, performance expectancy, and effort expectancy. Among these, perceived usefulness and performance expectancy had the greatest influence. The findings highlight the importance of developing systems that genuinely meet user needs and contextual requirements. These insights can serve as a guideline for policy formulation and the future improvement of the Government Housing Bank’s information systems.
