Abstract

Academic articles on the Adaptation of Hotel Service Pattern in the Post-COVID-19 Era is an article written by analyzing and synthesizing data related to hotel business operations that have been affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) from research reports, academic articles, journal articles and news reports related to the impact of the coronavirus epidemic during 2019-2022. The article aims to present a service model that Hotel operators have used it since the impact of the coronavirus pandemic and will be adapted for the post-COVID-19 period. Most of the hotel businesses will focus on changing their service style and pattern from the old and traditional style to focus pretty much on service that cares about cleanliness, health, and safety for the health of tourists so that tourists can feel comfortable using the service and feel better. This also allows hoteliers to operate in order to maintain financial and business stability.
