Satisfaction of Generation Y Tourists on Tourism Services Quality of Rong Khun Temple in COVID-19 Situation

Abstract
The purpose of this research were 1) to study the behavior of Generation Y tourists who traveled at Wat Rong Khun during the COVID-19 situation and 2) to study the satisfaction of Generation Y tourists on the quality of tourism services at Wat Rong Khun during the COVID-19 situation. A questionnaire was collected from 395 tourists which is aged 21-40 years old. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics such as percentage, frequency and standard deviation.
The results revealed that most of respondents were female, accounted for 51.1%, aged 26-30 years, representing 42.8%. They were student 22.5 percent, graduated bachelor's degree accounted for 33.7%, average monthly income 10,001 – 20,000 baht 37.5%, respectively. The study of tourist behavior found that most of respondents had traveled to Wat Rong Khun 2-3 times, representing 41.6%, purpose of traveling is want to visit Wat Rong Khun. 32.2 %, travel on Saturday – Sunday 54.9 %, travel during daytime 61.8%, traveling by private car 48.4%, and traveled with a group of friends 46.3%, respectively.
The satisfaction of tourists towards the quality of tourism services at Rong Khun Temple found that respondents were satisfied with service at a high level with a score of 3.79, followed by safety at a high level with a score of 3.70, and tourist’s confidence at a high level with a score of 3.68, respectively.
