The relationship of resource management with educational personnel's efficiency in school administration Under Bangkok

The purpose of this research is to 1) Study the level of resource management. 2) study the level of administrative efficiency and 3) study the relationship between resource management and educational personnel's efficiency in school administration. Under Bangkok. The sample group used in this research was 385 educational personnel. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were: Frequency breakdown Finding percentages, averages, standard deviations and analysis Pearson correlation coefficient
The results of the study found that 1) resource management Overall, every aspect is at a high level. When classified by aspect, it was found that number 1 was the people aspect, followed by the management aspect. And the last ranking is money. 2) Overall administrative efficiency is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that number 1 was budget management, followed by personnel management. And the last ranking is General administration3) The relationship between resource management and educational institution administration efficiency was found to have a relationship in the same direction with statistical significance at the 0.000 level and can explain the variation in resource management and educational institution administration efficiency. Statistically significant at the 0.01 level was 87.80 percent (R2=0.878). And the results of the test results of the hypothesis study of resource management and the efficiency of administration of educational institutions and found that Statistically significant at the 0.01 level.
