Quality Management of Civil Servants' Performance in the Correctional Department in the Digital Era

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to (1) evaluate quality management of performance development approach to digital era; officer attached to Correction Department Ministry of Justice(2) explain correlation between critical success factors with quality management of performance development approach to digital era. (3) forecast and present model of quality management of performance development approach to digital era; officer attached to Correction Department. This was quantitative approached; sample were 278 personnel attached to Correction Department Ministry of Justice. Analytical statistics were percentages standard deviation mean Pearson correlation Multiple regression. Major results were (1) quality management of performance development approach to digital era; officer attached to Correction Department was high level. (2) correlation between critical success factors with was quality management of performance development positive statistical correlation. (3) critical success factors could forecast quality management of performance development at 73.4 percent and critical factors were organization planning leading and digital literacy.
