Integrating Community Participation in Helping the Law of The Prosecutor's Office Protects the Rights and Legal Aid and Legal Execution in Samut Prakan Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were three (1) to assess community involvement in legal assistance; (2) to identify problems. Barriers to Integrating Community Participation in Legal Aid (3) To propose a solution for integrating community participation in legal aid. This research is mixed. It consists of quantitative research. Data providers of the sample group in Samrong Nuea Subdistrict Municipality Area consisted of 395 people. Qualitative research. 5 information providers, namely executives, officers, business operators. Research results (1) on community participation assessment (2) In terms of problems and obstacles in integration of community participation, it was found that (a) the public sector, the private sector, and the people's sector lacked understanding of the integration in a systematic way; (c) the government sector has limited budget; (d) the government sector has a shortage of technological skills; (e) the government sector has a delay in its steps to keep up with the community's needs; (f) the community lacks group leaders, resulting in a lack of coordination; (g) ) People are reluctant to express their opinions because they are afraid of security issues. (h) The government lacks modern information innovations. (3) The proposed approach for the integration of community participation in legal assistance found that: (a) decide The government has opened a channel for receiving opinions both online and offline.
