Abstract

This research has the following objectives (1) To assess the level of effectiveness of the performance of the village headman in the area Mueang Prachuap Khiri Khan District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province (2) To compare the effectiveness of the performance of the village headmanin the area Mueang Prachuap Khiri Khan District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province Classified by individual factors and (3) To test the relationship of participation and the effectiveness of the performance of the village headman in the area Mueang Prachuap Khiri Khan District, . Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. The researcher used a quantitative method Conduct research by collecting data from local people. Mueang Prachuap Khiri Khan District Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, 398 people. Methods Data were collected by questionnaire and Analytical Statistics were frequencies percentages mean and standard deviation T test ANOVA F and Pearson’ correlation. The research results include (1) The level of effectiveness of the performance of the village headman in the area Mueang Prachuap Khiri Khan District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province was found to be at a high level.
