Abstract
This research article aims to : (1) explore the current and desirable state of academic management of School under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Prachuap KhiriKhan. (2) create the innovation for academic management of School under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Prachuap Khiri Khan. (3) to assessment the innovation inacademic of School under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Prachuap Khiri Khan. This study applied is a quantitative research. The population of 870 people, divided into sample groups, including administrators and teachers, 274 people. The research instruments and data gathering method were the questionnaires, the evaluation form to testify the feasibility as well as the appropriateness of the innovation, and the expert conversation. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, standard deviation, PNImodified and qualitative data were analyzed by content analysis. The results revealed that (1) academic management level of the current condition, was at high level, the overall desirable conditions were the highest level and the curriculum development needs was prioritized. (2) Innovative Academic Management for Excellence of School under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Prachuap Khiri Khan, comprises four components and twenty-four guidelines. (3) The results of the assessment of innovation in academic management for achieving excellence of School under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Prachuap Khiri Khan by connoisseurship, Propriety Standards at the highest level and Accuracy Standards at the highest level.
