Personnel's Opinions in Makhamlom Sub-District Administrative Organization, Bang Pla Ma District, Suphan Buri Province Towards Good Governance

Abstract
This study aimed 1) to study the opinions level of personnels in Makhamlom Sub-District Administrative Organization, Bang Pla Ma District, Suphan Buri Province towards good governance, 2) to compare personnels’ opinions in Makhamlom Sub-District Administrative Organization, Bang Pla Ma District, Suphan Buri Province towards good governance by personnel factors.
The samples composed of 48 personnels in Makhamlom Sub-District Administrative Organization, Bang Pla Ma District, Suphan Buri Province. The data were collected by using a questionnaire and analyzed by using a packaging computer program. Statistical tools employed in data analysis were Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and One-Way ANOVA. The level of significance for statistical testing was 0.05.
The research found that opinions level of personnels in Makhamlom Sub-District, Administrative Organization Bang Pla Ma District, Suphan Buri Province towards good governance were high level. The hypotheses testing found that the difference of age, status, education al level, age monthly and income did not affect different opinions towards good governance.
