ระบบนิเวศแห่งการเรียนรู้ ปรัชญาความเคารพและนวัตกรรมการศึกษาของโรงเรียนสาธิตประถมมหาวิทยาลัยสึกูบะ ประเทศญี่ปุ่น

บทคัดย่อ

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์โมเดลการศึกษาของโรงเรียนสาธิตประถมมหาวิทยาลัยสึกูบะประเทศญี่ปุ่น ในฐานะ “ระบบนิเวศแห่งการเรียนรู้” (Learning Ecosystem) ที่เชื่อมโยงปรัชญาการศึกษา วัฒนธรรมโรงเรียน กระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ และผลลัพธ์ของผู้เรียนเข้าด้วยกันอย่างเป็นระบบ ตั้งแต่รากฐานของระบบ กลไกการจัดการเรียนรู้ การเยื่อมโยงกับทฤษฎีการศึกษา และผลลัพธ์ของผู้เรียน โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเอกสารจากเอกสารทางวิชาการ หนังสือ ตำรา และรายงานจากองค์กรระหว่างประเทศที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Open Approach, Lesson Study, ทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้ร่วมสมัย และบริบทการศึกษาของประเทศญี่ปุ่น แนวปฏิบัติของโรงเรียน และทฤษฎีการศึกษาสมัยใหม่ เพื่ออธิบายองค์ประกอบและกลไกของระบบการเรียนรู้ดังกล่าว
ผลการวิเคราะห์ พบว่า ระบบนิเวศแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนสาธิตประถมมหาวิทยาลัยสึกูบะสามารถอธิบายผ่าน 4 องค์ประกอบสำคัญ ได้แก่ 1) รากฐานเชิงปรัชญา ซึ่งประกอบด้วยปรัชญา “ความเคารพ” ในห้ามิติที่ทำหน้าที่เป็นฐานของวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้ 2) กลไกการจัดการเรียนรู้ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยนวัตกรรมสำคัญ ได้แก่ Open Approach การพัฒนาครูผ่าน Lesson Study การบูรณาการความรู้ภายในวิชา และวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นกระบวนการคิดและแรงจูงใจภายใน 3) ความสอดคล้องกับทฤษฎีการศึกษาสมัยใหม่ เช่น Constructivism Formative Assessment Social-Emotional Learning และ Growth Mindset และ 4) ผลลัพธ์ของผู้เรียน ซึ่งสะท้อนการพัฒนาทักษะสำคัญของศตวรรษ ที่ 21 การเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต และความยืดหยุ่นทางสังคมและอารมณ์
ความสำเร็จของโรงเรียนสาธิตประถมมหาวิทยาลัยสึกูบะไม่ได้เกิดจากนวัตกรรมการสอนเฉพาะด้าน หากแต่เกิดจากการสร้างระบบนิเวศแห่งการเรียนรู้ที่องค์ประกอบต่าง ๆ ของโรงเรียนทำงานร่วมกันอย่างสอดประสาน ภายใต้โมเดลแนวคิด Tsukuba Learning Ecosystem Model ซึ่งเชื่อมโยงระหว่างปรัชญาการศึกษา กลไกการจัดการเรียนรู้ กรอบทฤษฎี และผลลัพธ์ของผู้เรียน โมเดลดังกล่าวมีนัยสำคัญต่อการทำความเข้าใจการออกแบบระบบการศึกษาที่สามารถพัฒนาผู้เรียนอย่างรอบด้าน และสามารถเป็นแนวทางสำคัญในการพัฒนาการศึกษาที่ตอบสนองต่อความท้าทายของโลกในศตวรรษที่ 21
