Wa Wa และ Omoiyari: คุณค่าทางวัฒนธรรมญี่ปุ่นกับการบริหารองค์กรการศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์และสะท้อนประสบการณ์การศึกษาดูงานด้านการบริหารการศึกษา ณ University of Tsukuba และ Elementary School Attached to University of Tsukuba ประเทศญี่ปุ่น โดยเชื่อมโยงกับแนวคิดทางวัฒนธรรม ได้แก่ Wa และ Omoiyari ซึ่งเป็นรากฐานสำคัญของระบบการศึกษาญี่ปุ่น การศึกษาพบว่า แนวคิด Wa เน้นความกลมเกลียว ความร่วมมือและการทำงานแบบมีส่วนร่วม ขณะที่ Omoiyari เน้นความเห็นอกเห็นใจและการคำนึงผู้อื่น ซึ่งทั้งสองแนวคิดมีบทบาทสำคัญในการสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรทางการศึกษาที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาผู้เรียนและครูอย่างยั่งยืน จากการสังเคราะห์ ผู้เขียนได้นำเสนอรูปแบบ Wa–Omoiyari Educational Leadership Model ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) Collaborative Culture, 2) Caring Leadership, 3) Collective Responsibility และ 4) Continuous Improvement ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่า การบูรณาการแนวคิด Wa และ Omoiyari สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาการบริหารการศึกษาไทย เพื่อสร้างสมดุลระหว่างโครงสร้างองค์กรและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล อันจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาอย่างยั่งยืนในศตวรรษที่ 21
