Creation of a photo book to disseminate local food culture reflecting the identity of the Akha ethnic group in Chiang Rai Province.

Abstract
This research has the objectives of 1) to study the local food culture of the Akha ethnic group in Chiang Rai Province. 2) Create a photo book of local food of the Akha ethnic group in Chiang Rai Province. 3) evaluate the satisfaction of the photo book of the local Akha food ethnic in Chiang Rai Province. By collecting data and searching for information from secondary sources and interviewing 5 local sages, then distributing questionnaires The sample group consisted of 100 tourists and general people to analyze the data using descriptive statistics, including standard deviation.
The results of the study revealed that 1) A total of 7 local dishes representing the Akha identity consisted of tomato chili paste, Akha minced pork, stir-fried pork with root chu, radish curry, radish salad, radish curry and radish salad. Which is mostly used in New Year's traditions, egg yolks swing swing tradition and the spinning top festival tradition or New Year's festival. 2) The result of creating a picture book by applying 7 photography principles to photograph Akha local food, consisting of nine intersections, triangles, golden triangle, diagonal S line and zigzag picture frames.
The evaluation of the photo book found that Tourists and individuals in Chiang Rai Province Have overall satisfaction in the design of the book, pictures of folk food, Akha With the highest level (x̅ = 4.67) (S.D.=0.05) and the field of folk food photography, Akha with the highest level (x̅ =4.64) (S.D. = 0.07)
