Abstract

Research on " The development of a picture book to publicize Lanna food culture in Chiang Rai Province" has the objectives of 1.) Study Lanna food culture in Chiang Rai Province. 2.) To create a Lanna food photography book in Chiang Rai Province 3.) To evaluate the Lanna food photography book in Chiang Rai Province by collecting data by searching for information from secondary sources. Satisfaction questionnaire of tourists and general public with Lanna Chiang Rai food photography book 100 people. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including mean and standard deviation.
The results of the study revealed that 1.) There were 8 food items that showed Lanna identity, consisting of Northern style curried noodle soup with chicken , Rice noodles with spicy pork sauce , Hangle curry, Northern mixed curry, Spicy minced pork salad, Jackfruit Curry, Chicken Salad with Herbs, and Northern Thai beef curry, and divided into 3 categories: historical food Cultural food and traditional festival food 2.) The result of the creation of the photobook has been used in photography all 7 principles of Lanna food, consisting of triangles, unity, nine intersections, diagonals, diagonals and triangles., zigzag, picture frame. 3.) The results of the evaluation of the Lanna Food Culture Photography Book in Chiang Rai Province revealed that tourists and general public in Chiang Rai Province Satisfied with the design of the Chiang Rai Lanna food culture picture book. Book design and content are easy to understand. The mean is at the highest level (X) = 4.48 SD value = 0.09 The photo shows the composition easy to understand. The mean is at the highest level (X) = 4.56 SD = 0.10
