This research aimed to: (1) examine the work motivation of employees at Allseen Clinic, and (2) compare work motivation among Allseen Clinic employees based on individual demographic characteristics. This study employed a survey research design. The sample group consisted of 40 Allseen Clinic employees, comprising 14 males and 26 females. The sample size was calculated using the Krejcie and Morgan formula at a 95% confidence level. Data were analyzed using frequency counts, percentages, means, and standard deviations (S.D.).
The overall findings revealed that the mean score for work motivation among Allseen Clinic employees was at a high level. When considered by dimension, the sense of responsibility was rated as the strongest motivational factor, particularly with respect to employees' willingness to comply with clinic policies and their self-assessed capacity to resolve problems arising from assigned tasks. The second highest dimension was the sense of belonging, especially the perception among colleagues that employees possessed the knowledge and competencies appropriate to their assigned roles. The dimension rated lowest as a motivational factor was the sense of security and safety, particularly concerning supervisors' satisfaction with employees' work performance.
