Abstract

           The objectives of this research were 1 ) to study the effectiveness of driven Thai Niyom Yangyuen policy Banthungkraplong
community, 2) to study the factors of policy implementation that affected the effectiveness of driven Thai Niyom Yangyuen policy
Banthungkraplong community, and 3) To study driven Thai Niyom Yangyuen policy Banthungkraplong community This research is a
combination of quantitative research and qualitative research. The population used in this research was 401 people living in the Pakha Subdistrict Administrative Organization area, 129 households and sample group of 56 people who provided key information. (key informants) such as the district clerk, the committee of driven Thai Niyom Yangyuen policy, the village headman of the Pakha Sub-district Administrative Organization and the Board of Directors of Banthungkraplong community and people who live in the driven Thai Niyom Yangyuen policy community area. The selection method was used by determining the sample group to cover the people living in the community. 

           The results showed that the effectiveness of driven Thai Niyom Yangyuen policy Banthungkraplong Community 1. The ability to adapt Overall, it was at a high level ( gif.latex?\bar{x} = 4.04) 2. The ability to achieve objectives. Overall, it was at a high level ( gif.latex?\bar{x}= 4.08) and 3. The ability to integrate overall, it was at a high level ( gif.latex?\bar{x}= 4.07 Results of an analysis of policy implementation factors affecting the effectiveness of driven Thai Niyom Yangyuen policy Banthungkraplong Community. 1. Planning At a high level ( gif.latex?\bar{x}= 4.13) 2. In terms of creativity Overall, it was at a high level ( gif.latex?\bar{x}= 4.11). 3. The overall resource aspect was at the highest level ( gif.latex?\bar{x}= 4.29) and 4. The cooperation aspect. Overall, it was at a high level ( gif.latex?\bar{x}= 4.18).
