The research “Users’ Satisfaction towards Golf Range Services: A Case Study on Baan Son Driving Range, Suratthani
Province” aimed to study 1) users’ satisfaction towards the golf range services of Baan Son Driving Range in Suratthani Province and
2) factors influencing users’ satisfaction towards the service of Baan Son Driving Range in Suratthani province. A questionnaire was used to collect data from 400 Baan Son Driving Range service users. Data were analyzed using the SPSS program to find the percentage, mean, and standard deviation, including using ANOVA to compare the differences.
The research found that the service users’ satisfaction with the Baan Son Driving Range differed by gender and educational level, with a statistical significance of 0.05. However, users’ satisfaction levels towards the services at the Baan Son Driving Range did not differ by age, occupation, or average monthly income. The users who engaged in services at different times at the facility and the number of golf balls for the practice had different satisfaction levels with the types of services available, marketing promotion,
personnel, and service process, with a statistical significance of 0.05.
