The Guideline to increase the Efficiency in performance of the Inspection and Repair Division, the area of Electronics, Department of Lands

Abstract

           This study aimed to study 1) the performance of the Inspection and repair Division 2) the relationship between the
management and the operational efficiency of the Inspection and Repair Division and 3) the guideline to increase the efficiency in
performance of the Inspection and Repair Division. This research was conducted by qualitative and quantitative research. The qualitative research phase involved the in-depth interviews. The quantitative research phase consisted of the summarizing of the
issues from the 385 multiple regression analysis informants who were administrators and general staffs.

The results showed that
            1. The Efficiency in performance of the Inspection and Repair Division depended on the supporting factors which
presented from the highest to lowest of the average score in following aspects; the staff respectively operation, the organization
directing, the administration directing, the reporting respectively, the budget management, and the planning.

            2. The relationship between the management and the operational efficiency of the inspection and repair Division showed
some supporting factors from the highest to lowest of the ever age score in following aspects; the high accuracy of performance on the standards, the achievement, the motivation on work, the completion of work, the satisfaction a work, and time management
compared with quality of work.
           3. The Guideline to increase the Efficiency in performance of the Inspection and Repair Division should be in following aspects;
the acceptance of staff in the new system and how it works, the practice on both of original and developed system to get professional skills, the being of professional to the responsibility, the unity and synergy for working to the highest benefits of the
government.
