Development of Database Management Systems to Support Government and Private Organizations for Effection Personal Recruitment in the Digital Era: A Case Study of Mueang District, Songkhla Province.

The objectives of this research were: 1) to examine data related to database management systems, 2) to examine database management systems, and 3) to assess satisfaction of using database management systems to support Government and Private Organizations in selecting individuals effectively in the digital era: A Case study of Mueang district, Songkhla province, by selecting a sample group in this research is officials from Government and the Private Organizations who are responsible for recruitment. The research tools used include: 1) Interviews with people related to Government and Private Organizations, 2) System testers by relevant parties, 3) Satisfaction assessment questionnaires, and 100 people who want to apply for jobs and live in Mueang District, Songkhla Province. The statistics used to study satisfaction include mean and standard deviation.
The results of the study were that the system testers of the system of collecting information on job applications of Government and Private Organizations in selecting individuals were effective. A Case study of Mueang district, Songkhla province found that there was satisfaction. The efficiency and benefits of the system an extremely high satisfaction level. an average score of 4.63 and a standard deviation of 0.54. The average score of 4.73 and a standard deviation of 0.52, and the satisfaction with the support and service of the system an extremely high satisfaction level. with an average score of 4.73 and a standard deviation of 0.51.
