Abstract

This article focuses on exploring approaches to enhance the quality of public service delivery in government agencies, particularly in the context of the digital era where technology plays a crucial role in transforming service processes. Government agencies must transition from traditional service models to digital systems that emphasize convenience, speed, transparency, and the ability to effectively meet the needs of the public. The adoption of digital technologies such as e-Government systems, Big Data, Cloud Computing, and Automation can significantly improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance citizen satisfaction. However, this transition also faces several challenges, including the digital divide, data security concerns, lack of digital skills among personnel, and legal limitations. The article proposes that the government should develop robust technological infrastructure, enhance the digital competencies of its workforce, and encourage citizen participation to sustainably improve service quality and meet the evolving expectations of modern society.
