Abstract

The factor of organizational culture is very important for organizational performance. This article tried to analyze about organizational change management - that is, the organizational culture is able to have positive impact for supporting organizational change or to have negative impact for hindering change management. Additionally, this article tried to present three theories of organizational culture change – firstly, completing values framework of K. S. Cameron and R. E. Quinn (2008), secondly, three levels of culture and change management of E. H. Schein (2017), and finally, six steps for organizational change management from the periphery of M. Beer; R. A. Eisenstate and B. Spector (2011).
