This research aimed to 1.) Study the level of service effectiveness provided to the public by the Ma Fuang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phutthaisong District, Buriram Province; 2.) Compare the opinions of the public towards service providers of the Ma Fuang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, categorized by gender, age, education level, and occupation; 3.) Explore ways to improve, correct, and develop the efficiency of service personnel at the Ma Fuang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Phutthaisong District, Buriram Province. The sample size was determined based on the Krejcie and Morgan table, using the population of eligible voters within the Ma Fuang Subdistrict area, resulting in a sample of 346 respondents. The research instrument used was a questionnaire, with a reliability coefficient of 0.9960. The data were analyzed using frequency distribution, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The research findings revealed that the overall effectiveness of public service delivery by the Ma Fuang Subdistrict Administrative Organization was at the highest level. When considered by individual aspects, all were also rated at the highest level. The aspects, ranked from highest to lowest mean score, were: friendliness, competence and trustworthiness, enthusiasm, and the nature of service, respectively. The comparative analysis of public opinions on service effectiveness, categorized by gender, age, education level, and income, showed no statistically significant differences at the 0.05 level.
