Abstract

The research project titled "Efficiency of Personnel in Serving the Public in Mueang Phatthalung District, Phatthalung Province" aims to investigate the effectiveness of personnel in providing services to the public in the office of the district chief in Mueang Phatthalung District, Phatthalung Province. The objectives of the study are to identify the strengths and weaknesses in the efficiency of personnel in serving the public and to use these findings to make improvements and enhance service delivery. To conduct this study, a questionnaire was used as the data collection tool, and data was collected from a sample group. The researchers employed the accidental sampling method to gather data and determined the sample size using the Yamane formula. The study collected responses from a total of 396 participants, with the sample group consisting of 30 individuals residing in Mueang Phatthalung District, Phatthalung Province.


          The study's findings indicate that the average and standard deviation of public satisfaction with the efficiency of personnel in providing services to the public in Mueang Phatthalung District, Phatthalung Province, fall within the "high" category. The average satisfaction rating is 4.20. The average satisfaction rating is 4.17. When considering specific aspects, the results are as follows. The average satisfaction rating is 4.14.
