Abstract

                 The research on people's satisfaction with the public transportation services of the Songkhla Provincial Administrative Organization has the objective. To study the level of satisfaction of the people with the car ferry public business services of the Songkhla Provincial Administrative Organization, including finding improvements or studying suggestions for the operation of the car ferry public business services of the Songkhla Provincial Administrative Organization. The study used a questionnaire as a tool to collect data from the sample group. The data will be collected from the questionnaire using the method of random sampling (Accidental sampling). The researcher has calculated the results from the Taro Yamane formula to collect the data, resulting in a total of 395 people. The study has used the questionnaire as a tool. Data were collected from a sample group of 30 people in the mountainous area. Singhanakhon District, Songkhla Province

                  The results of the study found that the mean and standard deviation of people's satisfaction with the public car ferry services of the Songkhla Provincial Administrative Organization. Citizens' satisfaction with the public car ferry services of the Songkhla Provincial Administrative Organization. Satisfaction is at a high level (𝒙̅ = 3.83, S.D. = 0.18), with satisfaction in each aspect arranged in order as follows: Quickness /Service billing has an average of 3.91, at a very satisfied level. In terms of facilities, the average was 3.81, at a very satisfied level. In terms of service processes/procedures, the average was 3.77, at a very satisfied level.
