Abstract
The organizations looking to sustain quality in their goods or services, a thorough understanding of organizational quality management techniques is essential. Organizations can achieve operational efficiency, reduce inefficiencies, and consistently provide superior quality work that surpasses customer expectations by effectively implementing these methodologies. This proactive approach improves organizational resilience, agility, and competitiveness in a constantly changing marketplace in addition to fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The purpose of this study is to present techniques for managing quality organizations. The results found that the quality organization management techniques were (1) Total Quality Management: TQM, (2) ISO Standards Implementation, (3) Quality Control, (4) Kaizen, (5) Benchmarking, (6) Quality Circles, and (7) Risk Management. In conclusion, the findings highlight how quality organization management strategies like ISO Standards Implementation, Total Quality Management (TQM), Quality Control, Kaizen, Benchmarking, Quality Circles, and Risk Management work together to enable organizations to maintain strict standards, promote ongoing improvement, and guarantee long-term excellence in their operations. Together, these methods provide a thorough framework for improving organizational resilience, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction in fast-paced business settings.
